Medical Center is seeking full-time Pediatrician to join our hospital-affiliated outpatient practice- Clinic hours: Monday?Thursday, 8 AM?5 PM | Friday, 8 AM?12 PM (Open to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends)- Call coverage: 10 days/month (includes triage only)- Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient responsibilities- Shared call (1:3 or better) ? primarily newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections- No inpatient rounding ? no dedicated pediatric unit- Patient volume: ~25 per day- Competitive base salary + wRVU-based productivity bonuses- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance & medical debt repayment options- Generous CME allowance and professional development support- Full suite of benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, and more- J VISA OK
