This opportunity is ideal for those who thrive on bringing ideas to life, solving problems with creativity, and making a difference through the value they deliver.Responsibilities:Partner with clients to design and sell high-quality outdoor living spacesGuide clients through the contracting process with transparency and professionalismDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through warm leads provided by the marketing teamDeliver detailed and accurate project scopes tailored to client needs and visionsCollaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfactionMaintain consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and updates promptlyAchieve sales targets and exceed client expectations, driving repeat business and referralsRequirements:Strong understanding of technology; proficient with G-suite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, and DriveMechanical aptitude and ability to understand how projects are builtComfort with measuring static and abstract spaces accuratelySales or design experience is a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of financial components of sales, including cost structures and payment schedulesExpertise & Attributes:Relentlessly competitive with a high standard of personal accountability and ownershipEmotionally intelligent; adept at reading verbal and nonverbal client cuesDetail-oriented with a commitment to “getting it right.”Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindsetProfessional demeanor, including speech, timeliness, dress, and hygieneDemonstrated success markers such as awards, honors, or history of promotionsEducation:BA or BS degree desired but not requiredAvailability:Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, often including evenings and SaturdaysAvailability to attend intensive training in Houston during training and other semi-annual events in other marketsWhy Allied?At Allied, you have the opportunity to work with a team delivering high-quality products with unmatched integrity.
