Overview Job Title: Technical Program Manager ILocation: Seattle, WASalary Range: $75 – $80/hrIntroduction: Partner with the Industrial Design, Color Material Finish, and Product Design Engineering teams to enable the definition and execution of next-generation hardware products, New Technology Introductions, and Special Edition products. Advocate for the Industrial Design (ID), Color Material, and Finish (CMF) vision by partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ID CMF point of view is authentically represented and meaningfully integrated into the product development process.Required Skills & Qualifications7 years experience working in a mechanical engineering or industrial design fieldExperience in 1P and/or 2P product development, defining requirements and program constraints, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholdersExperience in colors, plastics/textiles color managing experience, understanding of color palette, managing color schedule, communications with ID/PD teams to keep projects on time.Prior work experience at client or in client’s IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsHas worked in big techWorked in a fast-paced environmentExperience in consumer electronics, hardware, mechanical productsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and drive Industrial design deliverables including specifications, DOE and validation plans across multiple concurrent projectsWork with cross-functional teams (Industrial Design, CMF, SME’s, System PD, Reliability, Operations) and other cross-functional teams to develop best practices and technology development processes in a fast-paced environmentManage delivery of ID CMF Configurations for development builds and drive qualification to meet mass production timelinesCreate development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on program requirements, technical challenges, lead-times, and business needsManage program structure to optimize clarity and efficiency for program teams, leadership, and external customersCommunicate program statuses, identifying potential setbacks, including vendor tooling schedules and CMF design sprints.Manage communication within and between internal cross-functional teamsEnsure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership reviewContribute to resource planning to ensure program successCompany Benefits & CultureComprehensive health insuranceFlexible work schedulesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
