Community Caretaker – Full Time Rimrock Meadows – Palisades, WA 98845 Salary: From $20.00 per hour About Us Rimrock Meadows is a HOA recreational community offering membership-based camping, swimming, and a variety of outdoor activities. We are looking for an Onsite Community Caretaker to help maintain our facilities and support our members and guests. Job Summary The Community Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environment of Rimrock Meadows. The ideal candidate must be able to relocate on-site, who is also dependable, physically able, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Housing Included This position includes housing as part of employment. A private 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is provided onsite for the duration of employment. The unit offers a quiet living space with essential amenities, making it a convenient and affordable option for the right candidate. Utilities as well as a washer and dryer are included. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Cleaning the shower house, clubhouse bathrooms, community areas in the clubhouse, and community kitchen  Providing customer service to all members and guests  Filling propane as needed  Assisting with community potlucks and events  Supporting various community needs as directed  Performing additional tasks assigned by the General Manager Requirements:  Must be at least 18 years of age  Physically able to perform job duties  Strong customer service skills  Cleaning experience preferred  Live on-site  Reliable transportation  Valid Driver’s License  Obtain Food Handlers Permit within 30 days Work Schedule:  Full-time  8hour shifts  Day shift  Holidays as needed  Thursday through Monday Benefits:  Health insurance  Paid time off  On-site 2 Bedroom Apartment o Fenced backyard, washer & dryer, electricity, wi-fi, landline phone, water, sewer & garbage, etc. Location:  In-person position located in Palisades, WA 98845  Ability to relocate & live on-site required How to Apply: Please submit your resume to our email address: josh@rimrockmeadows.com Learn more about our community at: www.rimrockmeadows.com Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
