Associate Lead - Global Immigration

Infosys is seeking an Associate Lead to join its Global Immigration team. The role requires strong expertise in U.S. immigration processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The individual will support immigration audits, ensure adherence to compliance standards, manage vendor relationships, and consistently meet defined SLAs.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. The role demands a solid understanding of immigration policies, consular procedures, and end-to-end compliance requirements.QualificationBasic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 3 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area.
