Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a BCA Engineering Project Management Specialist(Level 2 or 3) to join the Engineering Business Operations team in Everett Washington. You will design and deliver people strategies to attract, develop, deploy, and retain high-performing engineers, and create practical staffing processes, manager tools, and career development resources. Partnering with engineering leaders, PSE business units, Government Operations, Legal, HR, and Finance, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve skill health, internal mobility, onboarding, learning pathways, and technical acumen. We're looking for a people-first, hands-on leader who can convert strategic vision into scalable programs that empower our teams and enable Boeing to deliver exceptional engineering.Primary responsibilities:Leads planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of workforce strategies across multiple business units to ensure consistent implementation of workforce management and development practicesEstablishes an operational rhythm for resource forecasting and staffing, ensure planning is complete, and maintain a sourcing strategy for Boeing employees, contract labor, and purchased servicesBuilds relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promote ideas with enthusiasm, conviction, and assertivenessFacilitates recurring meetings, technical exchanges and reviewsCommunicates plans and strategies with senior/executive leadershipDrives results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analyticsManages Sharepoint/Website Planning materialsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):1-3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience1-3 years of experience planning, managing, and executing projects1-3 years of experience reporting/data analytical toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing and presenting to executivesBachelor's degree or higherExperience with Workforce Planning methodologiesExperience with Workday Adaptive PlanningExperience in building financial plans (long range business plan and quarterly forecast)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProject management certification (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, PMBP, etc)Experience managing or leading teamsFamiliarity with talent pipeline managementExperience building and maintaining demand/supply forecasting models for critical skills, labor categories, and locations; drive scenario planning to support program ramps, surges, and portfolio shiftsPartner with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and Strategy to align workforce plans with program schedules, budgets, and capability needExperience in cybersecurity, security network architecture, embedded systems security, or security testing and evaluationExperience in Procurement and/or Finance Experience with web portal managementExperience with HCL FormsPay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
