Improving schedule predictability through technically informed planningReducing execution risk for cross‑disciplined Controls and Software initiatives. Fostering consistent application of Engineering governance and delivery rigor.Role ResponsibilitiesOwnership of integrated project plans across software, controls, systems, and validation workstreams.Management of technical dependencies, risks, and integration points across teamsCoordination of cross‑functional stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and FinanceFacilitation of engineering reviews, milestone readiness, and issue escalationClear, consistent project status reporting aligned with Engineering and COE governanceMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree.3+ years of end-to-end project management experience3+ years experience managing software development lifecycle2+ years experience working with Microsoft Project, Asana, & Jira1+ year experience working in Agile environment.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.Experience in cross-functional role managing stakeholder (developers, engineers, and product owners).Has earned PMP CertificationPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
