Release Engineer & Coordinator

Role: Release Engineer & Coordinator Location : SFO ( Local) Day 1 Onsite ( Hybrid) Job Description: Who are we looking for? Any Degrees graduate - B.E/B.TECH/BSC/MCA with experience with enterprise Release Engineering. Extensive experience with coordination and facilitation of Change and Release Management processes and procedures. Years of experience needed – 7+ Years experience with enterprise Release Engineering. Extensive experience with coordination and facilitation of Change and Release Management processes and procedures. Technical Skills: Should be at least ITIL Foundation certified. Should be proficient enough with ticketing tool- Service NOW. Understanding the SDLC and relationship to Change Management and Release Management. Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools. Should own scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications Experience in managing large, multi-project releases, in a complex and demanding environment while simultaneously managing emergency releases. Preferred to have worked on any of the DEVops CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Openshift , SCM tools like TFS, GitHub. (just hands on tools as secondary skill set) Provide night support for major deployments (not more twice per month). Ready to work in flexible shift. Provide Support in Weekend, during India holidays including festival (rotational basis) whenever needed. Should possess good communication capabilities. Should be a very good team player with a go getter attitude, results driven, adaptable, inspirational, organized and quality focused. Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, project management skills with knowledge of presentation problem-solving and analytics skills, team and time management skills. Bridge the gap between Onsite and Offshore team members, provide handovers and KT and track and share update.
