Job Description:Job DescriptionMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. The role is centered around early childhood and kinder-transition populations, offering significant hands-on experience in a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere. The assignment runs from June 1st to June 25th, with service hours from Monday through Thursday, 7:45 am to 12:15 pm, providing an ideal work-life balance. Qualifications:• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology• Valid state licensure and certification as a speech-language pathologist• Experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams• Commitment to supporting the language, learning, and social-emotional development of early learners Responsibilities:• Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services during scheduled student sessions (8-10 am and 10-12 pm for Pre-K; 8 am-12 pm for Kindergarten/Transition)• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress• Maintain accurate records and ongoing documentation of services and student outcomes• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, creative learning environment Enjoy a rewarding summer schedule and the chance to build meaningful connections with young students, educators, and families.
