We focus on secure, scalable, real-time payment systems used across fintech, mobility, and commerce.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our development team and work on real-world fintech products. This hands-on role involves contributing to backend services, APIs, and mobile integrations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services and APIsSupport mobile integration workflows (iOS / Android)Work on payment-related features such as NFC, tokenization, and transactionsDebug, test, and improve system performanceCollaborate with senior engineers on architecture and designParticipate in code reviews and agile development cyclesRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScriptUnderstanding of REST APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with data structures and basic system design conceptsStrong problem-solving skillsOn-site work in Austin preferredNice to HaveExperience with frameworks such as Node.js or Spring BootExposure to mobile development (Swift or Kotlin)Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPInterest in fintech, payments, or security technologiesGitHub or personal project experienceWhat You Will GainHands-on experience in fintech and payment systemsExposure to secure element and next-generation payment infrastructureOpportunity to work on production-level systemsMentorship from experienced engineersPotential pathway to a full-time roleHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume, along with your GitHub profile (if available), to techhr@paycloudinnovations.com and a short note explaining your interest in fintech and this role.OptionalPlease include links to any coding projects or technical work you have completed.Why PayCloud Innovations?We're not your typical fintech.
