It’s the ideal spot for enjoying after-work gatherings or leisurely weekend getaways. Role Description This is a seasonal full-time, on-site Server role at The Tiki Bar, located in Elkhart Lake, WI. The Server will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service to guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include efficient handling of payments, assisting with setup and clean-up tasks, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced and lively atmosphere. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members, ensuring a positive and welcoming dining experience. Time Management and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service. Basic Math and Payment Handling: Confidence in handling transactions, including accurate processing of payments and making changes. Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrates a cooperative and team-oriented approach to support coworkers and maintain smooth operations. Knowledge of Food and Beverage: Basic understanding of menu items, cocktails, and food safety practices; previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus. Adaptable and Professional: Ability to handle high-stress scenarios gracefully; strong customer service focus and a friendly demeanor. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and stand or walk for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
