Meadow Falls of Wickliffe - Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our assisted living community. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient office functions while providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and filingGreet residents, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiriesMaintain employee records, schedules, and timekeeping systemsAssist with onboarding paperwork and compliance documentationSupport coordination of meetings, events, and resident activitiesManage office supplies and ensure organized records and documentationAssist with billing, data entry, and general clerical duties as neededMaintain confidentiality of resident and employee informationQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferredPrevious administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or senior livingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with scheduling or payroll systems is a plusSkills & Attributes Compassionate and resident-focused approachAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and positive attitudeWhat We Offer Competitive paySupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentMeaningful work serving our senior community
