Temporary Sr. Coordinator Regulatory
The Temporary Sr Coordinator Regulatory supports the Regulatory Team’s efforts to ensure that all areas of the company are in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Works closely with the Sr. Regulatory Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Analyst and Regulatory Compliance Manager to maintain records, procedures, and programs to minimize environmental risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by performing the following duties.Hourly Rate: $21.11 to $24.64Responsibilities (May Perform Other Duties And Responsibilities, As Assigned).Maintains and updates Material Safety Data Sheets using SDS Software to ensure GHS compliance.Assists with preparation of technical documentation for management's use when dealing with regulatory agencies and other internal/external needs. Completes regulatory reports in a timely manner.Maintains regulatory files and databases.Assists in preparing and presenting annual training to associates as required by various regulatory agencies. Maintains records of associate training.Maintains working knowledge of government regulations.Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.1-3 years of experience, preferably in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or similar industry.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Knowledge of SDS compliance software.Licenses & Certifications: N/APhysical Requirements (Delete those that do not apply and only keep those that apply to the role)Balancing, Climbing, Crouching, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Repetitive Motion, Seeing, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Talking, Typing, Visual Acuity, WalkingWork Environment: Generally, works in a climate-controlled office environment.Travel: N/A
