Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Cleaning Technician located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash in various residential or commercial settings. Additional duties may include restocking supplies, organizing spaces, and adhering to client-specific cleaning preferences. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring client satisfaction are top priorities for this role. Qualifications Experience with cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizingKnowledge of proper use of cleaning tools, supplies, and equipmentAttention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workRespect for client spaces and the ability to follow specific cleaning instructionsStrong time management and organizational skillsPhysical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bendingExcellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clientsPrevious experience in cleaning services is preferred but not required
