The manufacturer's portfolio of premier building products inspires endless possibilities while providing enduring outdoor spaces where people can connect, reflect and recharge.Job Summary: This role is responsible for overall maintenance and repair of production molds/forms along automated manufacturing lines.Job Responsibilities:Install, adjust and repair production equipment and molds as assignedOperate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasks as assignedInstall molds and mold components and test to ensure proper functioningDismantle molds to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, hand tools and power toolsLubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operationReview product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirementsAssist other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of productOther duties may be assigned as neededJob Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting performing manufacturing maintenancePrevious experience in plant machine maintenance; welding (preferred but can work around)What CRH Offers You:Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRH:CRH has a long and proud heritage.
