Position Description: Title: OpenText Content Server Workflow Developer Location: Port Authority of NY & NJ (On-site/Off-site) Summary Rios Partners is seeking a dynamic OpenText Content Server Workflow Developer to join our team. Job Description You will support project delivery and reporting through the consultation, development, testing, and implementation of system applications and workflows tailored to the departments needs. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop new workflows in OpenText Content Server. Analyze business requirements to propose suitable solutions, including workarounds for system limitations. Administer, support, and enhance existing OT CS workflows. Develop and improve OT CS workflows using third-party tools such as Global Cents GCI Power Tools. Create and refine data entry forms with XSL style sheets and HTML5. Utilize OT CS REST APIs to support business processes. Generate user and administrator reports using WebReports and LiveReports. Develop and enhance SQL tables, views, and stored procedures. Collaborate with end users, business analysts, and team members to deliver optimal solutions. Conduct end user training and provide application support. Draft and maintain technical documentation and support manuals. Offer general Engineering help desk support as part of the Apps Support Team. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college. At least 5 years of strong, demonstrated experience with OpenText Content Server design, development, administration, and support (Workflow, WebReports, LiveReports). Extensive knowledge of OT CS workflow development tools, especially Global Cents GCI Power Tools (Documents Builder, Workflow, Reports, and Views). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and XSL style sheets. Strong background in database development including tables, views, functions, and stored procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Essential Soft Skills Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with source control, task management, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. Familiarity with OpenText LiquidOffice. Experience working with large public government agencies or utility organizations (a plus). Additional information U.S. work authorization required. Security Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance (i.e. must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident who has resided in the US for the past three years consecutively).
