It's also why we offer first-rate Cadillac and GMC service.Service Advisor ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers promptlyObtaining customer and vehicle informationClearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsEstablish follow up timeMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequentlyVerifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplaining all completed work and charges to customersRequirements:Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory roleReynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not required.GM experience a PLUS!Positive attitudeHigh volume mentalityCSI focusedRequired experience: Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year
