Sales Associate

Job Overview: The Sales Associate role assists in running all “front of house” fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience - Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Establishes and maintains an effective referral program * Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems. * Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls * Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio * Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities Qualifications: - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service - Strong ability to sell products and services effectively - Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus - Experience in technology sales is advantageous - Ability to conduct product demos to enhance the customer experience Joining our team as a Sales Associate offers: - Competitive hourly wage - Opportunities for commission-based earnings based on performance - Training on product knowledge and sales techniques - A supportive team environment focused on success *flexible to early morning, evening and/or weekend hours as needed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and wellness, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Sales Associate.
