Deli - Grill - Food Prep

Job Description Must be customer oriented with the ability to work in a face paced environment.Must be able to work within a team and communicate clearly with team membersMust be able to manage Grill and customer orders in a timely mannerPreparing food items to include sandwiches, grill items, cream cheeses and salads.Preparing food items to include pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats and cheeses.Cleaning workstations .Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Proven food preparation and food handling experience.Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.The ability to follow standardized recipes.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work in a team.Ability to work 7 days a week nights or morningsExcellent communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.
