Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 1 Year of Swing bed, acute and outpatient PT experience Michigan PT License is Required Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Schedule: Tuesdays to Fridays 7:30 am - 6 pm OR Monday & Wednesdays 8 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 9:30 am - 6 pm On-call required, one Saturday per month Location Highlights Bad Axe, MI, offers a mix of outdoor and cultural experiences.
