Process Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on *manufacturing performance, quality, productivity and cost* while working closely with Operations, Quality, R&D and other functions. What you'll do * Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures. * Develop and maintain process control systems. * Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations. * Troubleshoot process and equipment issues. * Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. * Support new processes, equipment and tooling. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. What we're looking for * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. * Manufacturing/process engineering experience. * Knowledge of process control and SPC. * Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies. * Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to influence and collaborate across functions. * Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab and ERP systems such as SAP.
