Integrations Consultant Lead
To provide leadership for development and administration of operational planning processes to meet service level and financial performance objectives. Work with various business leaders on projects helping to drive continuous process optimization. Have ability to effectively communicate overall project plan and scope in order to keep client updated. Overall provide reviews and identify any potential project risks.Act as the technical liaison and project manager across all integrationactivities throughout the implementation/integration to launchProvide technical development support and guidance to the client during thedevelopment, testing and pre-launch project phasesManage projects and project tasks within a project management platformDevelop product knowledge/expertise to enhance onboard processes anddevelop project templatesMaintain client-specific technical requirements for building a solutioncustomized for merchants we serveProvide mentoring/guidance and support to team membersImplement and document work process optimizationSkill/AbilitiesProficiency in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIsUnderstanding of API security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and HMACCommand of Java and/or JavaScript for custom scripts and transformation logicAbility to map and convert data between JSON, XML, CSV, and EDIFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience integrating with platforms like Shopify, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and SalesforceExperience writing technical documentation and integration guidesStrong systems, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Resource scheduling, intra-day coordination, communication, and operational analysis.Manage multiple customer integration project plans using a project management applicationReading and troubleshooting APIsOrganizing and leading client testing sessionsTriaging client integration issuesExperience using an IPaaS solutionMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree/equivalent with five to seven (5 – 7) years of experience.
