EDF Data Engineer

Responsibilities As a data engineer, you will be responsible for developing ETL data pipelines in Google infrastructure using SQL (40%) and should be able to take a simple task in Java coding in Data Pipelines (20%). You should be able to support the existing legacy workflow written in SQL (20%). The remaining time should be spent pursuing product excellence driven by TL/Engineers. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience developing data pipelines or software applications in general. Experience in developing with SQL/relational databases. Working knowledge or experience in developing Java. Willingness to learn Google infrastructure and coding practices. Preferred qualifications Experience in designing relational database tables. Experience in data warehousing and data analytics. Experience in test automation/release automation. Ability to adopt agile methodologies. Advocate for simple design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. J-18808-Ljbffr
