Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Jackson, WY. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy to individuals and families, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case management. The position also involves supporting clients with mental health needs and facilitating family therapy sessions as needed. Qualifications Experience in Mental Health and Family TherapyKnowledge of Treatment Planning and Case ManagementBackground in Social Work or a related fieldStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field requiredActive licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent preferredAbility to work collaboratively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teamsExperience working with youth and families is a plusCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
