They use cutting-edge tools to streamline the credit repair journey for both B2B and B2C clients β€” and they're looking for a high-ownership professional to build, optimize, and scale their internal automation ecosystem.What you'll doDesign and build AI-powered automation systems across sales, onboarding, and customer support workflows.Manage and maintain complex automations using Claude Code, Go High Level, Zapier, and Make β€” including full CRM integrations.Automate pipelines for lead intake, follow-ups, and referral partner workflows across B2B and B2C channels.Create AI workflows for credit education, dispute tracking, and client communication.Integrate platforms such as Typeform, Airtable, Google Sheets, email, and SMS dashboards into seamless pipelines.Handle sensitive financial data (PII) securely and in compliance with industry best practices.Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, response times, and conversion rates.Required skillsAI & Prompt Engineering β€” Expert proficiency with Claude Code and OpenAI.Go High Level β€” Mastery of CRM workflows, pipelines, and native automations.Automation Platforms β€” Expert level with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and API integrations.Customer Support Logic β€” Skilled in building AI chatbots, ticketing logic, and automated response systems.Systems Thinking β€” Strong ability to see the end-to-end picture of a workflow and solve problems at scale.Data Security β€” Deep understanding of best practices for handling sensitive financial data (PII).Communication β€” Strong documentation skills and clear async communication.Bonus skillsExperience in credit repair, financial services, or compliance-heavy industries.Basic coding in JavaScript or Python for custom scripts and advanced automations.Familiarity with CROA or consumer data regulations.Experience building referral/affiliate systems with UI/UX thinking for customer journeys.Who you areYou operate independently and deliver strong results without hand-holding.You collaborate closely with leadership to continuously improve systems over time.You take full ownership β€” you proactively spot inefficiencies and fix them before anyone asks.πŸ“£ How to Apply:Our recruitment process is designed to ensure the right fit for you and our team.
