Clinical Director - Full Time

We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Director in Riverdale, GA, to lead a clinic-based ABA program. This onsite role involves guiding clinical staff, managing a personal caseload, ensuring quality ABA therapy, overseeing clinic operations, and supporting families through training and tours. Requirements include active BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and at least 2 years of BCBA experience. The position offers a salary of $105,000–$125,000 plus performance bonuses, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid CEUs, and tuition grants.
