Position: Customer Service CoordinatorLocation: Garden Grove, CA 92841Duration : 3+ monthsPay Rate: $21.00/hr W2Shift: 8.00am – 5.00pmDescription:Supports the Customer Service team with high-volume administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and order management activities.This role contributes to maintaining accurate system data, supporting customer communication, and executing key business initiatives, including a project updating pricing on open orders.The position works closely with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests, improved workflow efficiency, and consistent customer experience.Manage shared Customer Service inbox, triage incoming requests, and route or respond in a timely manner to support team workflow efficiencyPerform customer follow-ups on open orders, requests, and inquiries to ensure timely responses and resolutionExecute price increase project on open orders by:Contacting customers to communicate pricing updatesRequesting revised purchase ordersUpdating system records to reflect accurate pricing and documentationMaintain accurate order documentation and support data entry activities, including order updates, PO revisions, and system accuracy checksUpload and manage customer purchase orders into internal systems (including AI reader/DocLib as applicable) ensuring timely processing and data accuracyCollaborate with Planning, Scheduling, and cross-functional teams to support expedite requests and order prioritization activitiesSupport backlog management activities, including tracking, updates, and communication to ensure visibility and accuracy of open ordersComplete additional administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as assigned by the managerQualifications:HS Diploma or GED RequiredAssociates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred/DesiredStrong communication skills, written & verbal are required.Must display good telephone etiquette in a heavy request volume environment.Excellent organizational skills are required. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced/heavy pressure environment.Ability to type at a minimum speed of 50 WPMProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word, Excel & Outlook is required.Working knowledge of order entry database systems.QAD experience is a plus.
