Engineering Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.7-10 years’ experience working in industrial machinery design and manufacturing, preferably for the heat treatment of metal parts (Working for a designer and builder of Capital Equipment REQUIRED).3-5 years’ experience within a leadership/management role.Have some mechanical engineering skills.Understanding of Industrial Norms as they apply to company offerings.Strong leadership qualities.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering7–10 years of experience in industrial machinery design and manufacturing — specifically for a designer and builder of capital equipment.3–5 years in a leadership or management roleHands-on experience with industrial automation and controls, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systemsProficiency with CAD software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Nice to Have:Experience in heat treatment of metal parts manufacturingFamiliarity with Allen Bradley PLC and designer software (500/5000), Intouch Wonderware, and HC900 Design StationSome mechanical engineering skillsExperience with FEA and CFD tools
