The position is hands-on and focused on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of internal processes.This is not a programming or infrastructure-focused role. Instead, it is centered on making sure work gets done efficiently and that systems evolve to better support the business.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations and CoordinationServe as the central point of contact for all IT requests across the organizationTrack incoming work and ensure requests are assigned, prioritized, and completedCoordinate work across Help Desk, technical support, and development resourcesFollow up on open items and ensure consistent progress and closureConfirm completed work meets business expectations before closing requestsMaintain visibility into workload, priorities, and status of all IT-related workHelp Desk OversightProvide day-to-day coordination and direction for Help Desk (Level 1) supportEnsure support requests are addressed in a timely and consistent mannerAssist in prioritizing, escalating, and resolving user issuesHelp maintain clear processes and expectations for support activitiesBusiness Systems and Reporting SupportWork with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand reporting and workflow needsHelp define requirements for reports, dashboards, and system improvementsIdentify repetitive manual tasks and opportunities for automationSupport improvements to reporting visibility and business processesWork with development resources to ensure solutions meet business requirementsVendor and Process CoordinationCoordinate communication with external IT vendors and service providersTrack vendor-related requests and ensure timely follow-upHelp document workflows, processes, and system usage for consistencyWhat Success Looks LikeAll IT work is clearly tracked, assigned, and completedNo requests are lost or delayed due to lack of follow-upHelp Desk support is consistent, responsive, and well-organizedBusiness users have improved visibility into status and outcomesManual reporting and repetitive processes are reduced over timeClear alignment between business needs and IT executionRequirementsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceProven ability to follow through on tasks and ensure completionExperience coordinating projects, workflows, or cross-functional workStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively with both technical teams and business usersHigh attention to detail and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience working in operations, project coordination, or business analysisFamiliarity with reporting tools such as Excel or Power BIExposure to SQL or data-related concepts is helpful but not requiredExperience working in an IT or systems-supported environmentRole DetailsFull-time positionLocation: St. Louis, Missouri
