This role involves providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, vehicle recovery and handling service calls in Brookings Oregon and its surrounding area.ResponsibilitiesResponding to service calls, and providing roadside assistance such as vehicle lock outs, disabled motorists, jump starts, fuel delivery and tire changes Towing vehicles to designated locationsOperating tow trucks and recovery equipmentCommunicating with customers and providing excellent customer serviceCompleting paperwork and documenting service callsRequirementsValid driver's license and clean driving recordExperience in towing and recovery operations preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsHave strong mechanical knowledge preferredAbout UsCarpenter Point S has been serving the Brookings community for over 20 years, providing reliable and trustworthy automotive services.
