Work in a place where the team values *YOU!* General manual work with a great team involving dexterity, light lifting, and the ability to follow simple directions for performing basic warehouse duties. *Duties:* * Set-up and execution of proper product assembly using state of the art technology. * Ensure proper production material usage by following detailed Process instructions. * Ensure quality product by inspection to critical parameters. * Operate industrial pallet jacks and other equipment. * Communicate with the team to identify issues and make suggestions to develop continuous improvement opportunities. * Perform maintenance when needed; Assist in training new operators * Perform other duties as assigned. * Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures. *Requirements:* * High School Diploma or GED. * Must be able to perform reading and math functions at the 8th grade level. * Ability to multi-task; excellent attention to detail. * Must be able to rotate into final assembly positions within assigned line or cell. * Must be able to perform a change over when necessary. * Computer experience is required. *Pay $17.00 to $17.90 per hour* *Ibet at 217-264-7237 * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $17.90 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
