This opportunity is open to both experienced mid-level professionals and senior-level Account Managers seeking a stable, growth-oriented platform.This role offers strong internal support, structured processes, and meaningful client engagement — not transactional, high-churn servicing.Location: Downtown Portland, OR or Vancouver, WASchedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote)Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) + annual bonus eligibilityKey ResponsibilitiesManage and service commercial client accounts across multiple industriesLead renewal strategy, including marketing and carrier negotiationsConduct coverage reviews and exposure analysisProcess endorsements, policy changes, and certificatesPartner closely with Producers and internal service teamsMaintain strong carrier relationshipsIdentify cross-sell opportunities and coverage gapsFor senior-level candidates: provide mentorship and support to junior service team membersQualifications5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experienceActive Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) License requiredStrong knowledge of core commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella/Excess, Workers Comp, etc.)Experience managing renewals and marketing accounts to carriersStrong communication and client-facing skillsOrganized, deadline-driven, and detail-orientedSenior candidates should demonstrate advanced renewal strategy, complex account experience, and leadership/mentorship capabilities.What's OfferedCompetitive base salary: $80K – $100K depending on experienceAnnual bonus opportunityComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with employer participationEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramPaid downtown Portland parkingHybrid work flexibility (3/2 schedule)Long-term career growth within a national brokerage platform
