Our global network of policymakers, investors, media leaders, and influential voices allows us to unlock access, build durable partnerships, and position our clients to lead on the issues that matter most.Scheduler Job Purpose: Provides logistical and administrative support to the Office of the CEO, including CEO. Support includes but is not limited to scheduling meetings and travel, tracking incoming scheduling requests and deliverables, and "keeping the trains running on time" by monitoring consistently changing schedules down to the minute.This position is perfect for the experienced administrative professional who sees scheduling as an opportunity-filled puzzle to be solved, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by an "all hands on deck" culture. Discretion, good judgment, and attention to detail are absolutely critical to success in this role.Scheduler Job Duties:Administrative support including scheduling, tracking and responding to internal and external correspondences, and daily logistical coordination.Provides administrative and logistical support to the senior leadership team.Coordinating complex domestic and international travelTrack rapidly-changing schedules and ensure meetings run on time, including providing 10-minute time checks ahead of all scheduled meetings; must be agile and able to coordinate minute-by-minute changes with multiple parties.Consistently reconfirm meetings and logistical details, and ensure principals have all necessary briefing materials in advance, to ensure smooth transitions between back-to-back meetings.Draft scheduling-related correspondence.Contribute to the development and implementation of task and workflow tracking systems and processes across the firm.Provide basic recordkeeping and manage expense reporting.Maintain supplies inventory and other miscellaneous office management duties.Continuously building and maintaining contact databases.Ability to frequently work outside of standard business hours as needed.
