We don’t.At Chatterbox, you’re paid hourly as a W-2 employee—for the full job: direct care, caregiver coaching, documentation, collaboration, team meetings, cancellations, and administrative time.Don’t pass this role by at first glance if you’re comparing hourly rates to “per-visit” offers. Those models often pay only for face-to-face minutes while the work that protects quality happens unpaid or after hours.
