Pays 19-20/hr.Benefits inlcude:Paid VacationPaid Sick LeavePaid Holidays401K with Company matchingMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your familyAbout the Role:The Entry Level Accounts Payable position will be performing data entry and clerical work using excel and bill.com to process and pay invoices.Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices using bill.com.Will use excel for other data-entry tasks.Other clerical duties such as fielding phone calls from vendors, etc.Skills:The required skills such as attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bill.com are essential for accurately processing invoices.Training will be provided in these programs.
