Company Description Rustic Tavern is a new restaurant near Lake Anna, Va. It will serve elevated American Food with the Chefs twist and personal touch. It is Operated by Executive Chef, Nicholas Farley. The restaurant is not opened yet, but plans to be ASAP, looking ti form our wonderful Team. looking for servers, line cooks, etc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Server at Rustic Tavern located in Spotsylvania, VA. The Server will be responsible for greeting customers, taking and serving orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Additional tasks include setting tables, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The Server will also interact with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Qualifications Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendationsCash handling, basic math, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
