Job Description Key Responsibilities:Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the travel center, including three restaurant units, convenience store, and fuel servicesEnsure all departments operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and regulationsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer serviceLeadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, train, and supervise management staff and team members across all departmentsFoster a positive, high-performance work environmentConduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunitiesEnsure proper staffing levels for 24/7 operationsFinancial PerformanceManage budgets, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitabilityAnalyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce expensesMonitor inventory levels and control shrinkage and wasteCustomer ExperienceEnsure a consistently high-quality guest experience across all restaurant concepts and retail areasAddress customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionallyImplement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyaltyCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulationsMaintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standardsOversee safety programs and risk management practicesVendor & Inventory ManagementCoordinate with suppliers and vendors for food, retail, and fuel operationsMonitor ordering, receiving, and inventory control processesQualifications:2+ years of management experience in multi-unit restaurant, travel center, or retail operationsStrong leadership and team-building skillsExperience managing high-volume, 24/7 operations preferredSolid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&LKnowledge of food safety regulations and operational complianceExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWork Environment:Fast-paced, high-traffic travel center environmentRequires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOn-site leadership role with extended hours as needed
