Position SummaryMIORA is Life Time’s longevity and performance clinic brand, operating inside our clubs and scaling nationally.The Director of MIORA Operations will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling the MIORA model. This role goes beyond traditional multi-unit management—this leader will design and implement the operating system that enables MIORA to grow efficiently while delivering a best-in-class member experience.This includes ownership of:Clinic operations and workflowsProvider network performance and stabilityEMR and technology optimizationCross-functional integration across the Life Time ecosystemThis is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves quickly, and can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a growing business. Regular travel to MIORA clinic locations is expected, as frequent in-person presence across markets is essential to this role.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations & ExperienceOwn performance across all MIORA clinics, including:Same-store salesOperational KPIsMember experienceDesign and implement a seamless, concierge-level experience across:Intake and onboardingIn-clinic flowFollow-up and continuitySimplify operations to reduce friction for both members and team membersOperating Model & Workflow OptimizationBuild and refine the MIORA operating playbookIdentify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across clinicsStandardize workflows while maintaining flexibility for member needsEnsure consistent execution across all marketsProvider Network PerformanceStabilize and scale the provider network to ensure:Consistent coverageHigh productivityStrong engagementPartner with clinical leadership to:Optimize scheduling and utilizationImprove onboarding and ramp speedAddress gaps in coverage and build a sustainable staffing modelEMR & Technology OptimizationLead the strategy and execution of EMR and clinic technology optimizationSimplify provider workflows and reduce administrative burdenImprove visibility into:Patient journeyData and reportingOperational performancePartner with internal teams and vendors to build scalable, integrated systemsGrowth & Market ExpansionSupport new clinic openings and market expansionDevelop and execute a repeatable launch playbookEnsure strong ramp performance and operational readinessSupport integration of new markets and potential acquisitionsCross-Functional IntegrationPartner across:Life Time Health CoachingPersonal Training (DPT)Life Time Health (LTH)Marketing and DigitalEnsure seamless handoffs and a connected member journeyAlign clinic operations with broader funnel and conversion strategyPerformance Management & ReportingDefine and track key performance metrics:Access (time to appointment)Show rateConversionProvider productivityRevenue per clinicBuild and maintain reporting (DOMO or equivalent)Establish strong operating rhythms (weekly/monthly reviews)Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop clinic and regional leadersEstablish a culture of:AccountabilityOwnershipContinuous improvementDevelop leadership bench and succession planningStrategic PartnershipPartner with executive leadership on:Growth strategyOperating prioritiesResource allocationTranslate strategy into clear execution plans for the fieldMinimum Required Qualifications:Proven track record of:Scaling and optimizing operations across multiple locationsDriving performance in complex, fast-paced environmentsStrong financial acumen with experience owning P&LExperience working alongside:Providers (MDs, NPs, PAs)Clinical workflows and regulated environmentsDemonstrated ability to:Build systems from scratchSimplify complexityExecute with speed and disciplineEducation:Bachelor's Degree in a related field (exercise science, dietetics, biochemistry, pharmacy, pre-med, etc.)Years of Experience:8–12+ years of experience in: Multi-site healthcare, wellness, or consumer service operationsLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:n/aPreferred Qualifications:Experience in:Longevity, functional medicine, concierge medicine, or premium wellnessFamiliarity with:EMR systems and healthcare technologyCash-pay or hybrid care modelsExperience integrating clinical services with broader consumer ecosystemsPay & BenefitsThis is a salaried position with a starting salary of $136,000.00 (or the applicable minimum salary, if higher) and may reach up to $187,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
