CMMS Program Lead

Positions Summary: The CMMS Program Lead is responsible for the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the CMMS system meets operational needs, supports maintenance strategies, and enhances overall efficiency.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of CMMS software, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate with vendors, IT, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth system integration and data migration.Oversee the day-to-day management of the CMMS system, including user access, data integrity, and system performance.Continuously analyze system usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.Implement system upgrades and patches as needed, coordinating with IT and other stakeholders.Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure effective use of the CMMS system.Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and addressing system-related questions.Create and maintain user manuals, documentation, and training materials.Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management within the CMMS system.Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into maintenance activities, asset performance, and system utilization.Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and implement best practices for CMMS use and maintenance processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CMMS technology.Act as the primary point of contact for CMMS-related inquiries and issues.Work closely with maintenance managers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to align CMMS functionality with organizational needs and goals.Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure successful system adoption and integration.Education, Experience And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field are a plus.5+ years of Operations experience in management, logistics, personnel, equipment, domestic and international, remote and arduous environments preferredKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong knowledge of CMMS software and maintenance management practices.Proven project management skills, with experience in leading software implementation projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS-related tools. Power BI experience is a plus.Sensitive to confidential information.Ability to travel to all districts.
