Title Processor – Remote (FL, TX, AR)Position: Temp to PermTempExperts is partnering with a respected, growth-oriented title services organization to hire experienced Title Processors. About the RoleAs a Title Processor, you will review title commitments and supporting documentation, identify and resolve title defects, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare files for closing. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll interact with clients, lenders, attorneys, and municipal offices throughout the curative process.Key ResponsibilitiesReview title commitments and supporting documents to identify issues or defectsResolve title defects such as missing documents, unreleased liens, and ownership discrepanciesCommunicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and municipal offices to obtain curative itemsDraft and process curative documents, including affidavits, releases, and corrective deedsUpdate title files and systems with accurate documentation and progress notesPartner with underwriters to determine acceptable curative solutionsEnsure all curative actions comply with legal standards and company policiesPrepare files for closing by confirming title is clear and all requirements are metMaintain organized records and support quality assurance initiativesContribute to continuous improvement of curative and processing workflowsQualificationsExperience in title processing, curative work, or real estate closing supportStrong understanding of title commitments and related legal documentationAbility to interpret legal descriptions, liens, and encumbrancesExcellent communication and follow-up skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple filesComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWork EnvironmentFully remote role with minimal travelFast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization and responsivenessCollaboration with examiners, closers, underwriters, and external agencies
