Warehouse Technician

Position Description:The warehouse worker will perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving andprocessing incoming goods/materials, filling requested orders for shipment, and organizingwarehouse inventory.Job Responsibilities: Operate a forkliftReceive and send out heavy machinery and smaller packagesClean and repair large equipment and small partsMaintain warehouse equipmentSource and order warehouse supplies as neededCrate and uncrate heavy equipment upon delivery and ready for shippingPack and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks;Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all timesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersDrive transport vehicles, such as trucks and vans, when necessary to move equipmentTravel to/from various out-of-town locations to pick up machinery and equipment over periods spanning longer than a daySort and place materials/items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standardsWear proper safety equipment and maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat (sweep, dust, and mop)Job Requirements:Solid work history that demonstrates reliability with warehouse work experience being a plusAble to work on your feet for 8-hour shiftsGood organizational and time management skillsCurrent forklift license a plusHolds a valid driver’s licenseGood communication skillsFluent in EnglishMechanically inclinedWilling to work overtime and occasionally travel out of town to pick-up equipmentBasic computer skills a plusBenefits:Competitive hourly rateFlextime/PTOBusiness expense reimbursement401K with profit sharingMedical, dental & vision insurance
