Senior Product Manager, GTM Systems

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across GTM systems, business operations, and enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive requirements, roadmap planning, system integrations, and operational transformation initiatives across CRM, CPQ, billing, and customer support platforms.The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with hands-on business systems analysis experience and a deep understanding of lead-to-cash workflows, revenue operations, and enterprise system integrations.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Business Operations and Engineering teams.Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, backlog management, and execution across:CRM platformsCPQ / Revenue systemsCustomer support platformsBilling systemsCLM and enterprise integrationsPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing Operations, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into:BRDsUser storiesWorkflow diagramsData mapping specificationsLead business analysis activities including:Process mappingGap analysisUAT coordinationAcceptance criteria definitionOperational improvementsManage enterprise transformation programs including:GTM system modernizationCRM consolidation initiativesBilling and invoicing integrationsRevenue operations optimizationDefine and monitor KPIs for system adoption, operational efficiency, data quality, and platform performance.Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.Present roadmap updates, priorities, and project status to leadership and stakeholders.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles.Strong experience with:Salesforce CRMCPQ / Revenue CloudService CloudDeep understanding of:Lead-to-cash / Quote-to-cash processesQuoting workflowsApproval processesBilling and invoicing systemsStrong business analysis experience including:Requirements gatheringBRD creationUser storiesProcess mappingData mappingUAT facilitationProven ability to manage cross-functional programs and complex enterprise initiatives.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.Preferred QualificationsExperience with CRM consolidation or M&A system integration initiatives.Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based billing models.Experience with enterprise platforms/tools such as:CLM systemsMarketing automation toolsERP systemsMiddleware/integration platformsExperience working in SOX/SOC2 regulated environments.Salesforce certifications are a plus.Key SkillsGTM SystemsSalesforce CRMCPQ / Revenue CloudLead-to-CashQuote-to-CashRevenue OperationsBusiness Systems AnalysisAgile / ScrumBRD & User StoriesUAT & Process MappingEnterprise IntegrationsBilling SystemsStakeholder ManagementProduct Roadmap Management
