We also offer voluntary benefits: vision, long-term disability, and life insurance.Position Details: The hiring range for this role is typically between $23 and $29, with the full range extending to $35 per hour, based on experience, internal equity, and career progressionThis position will be In-OfficeMonday - Friday 8am - 5pm with potential for overtime.Primary Function:The Electronics Materials Handler II is responsible for the movement, storage, and control of materials throughout the entire process from receipt to shipping or consumption/disposal. This role supports a fast-paced, technical environment and works with electronic and mechanical components such as wiring, harnesses, and motors. The position ensures materials are distributed efficiently to meet customer expectations while supporting inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities: Execute ERP transactions quickly and accuratelySafely move and store materials to coincide with ERP transactionsHandle and manage electronic and mechanical components (wires, harnesses, motors)Conduct cycle counts and support reconciliations to resolve inventory variancesIdentify, label, locate, and place stocked materials systematicallyPull items using pick tickets and verify physical stock on handUse barcode scanners for item identificationAssist with receiving or shipping products, parts, and materials as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material flowFollow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrencesEducation and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience preferredExperience working with electronic components, wiring, motors, or small mechanical parts strongly preferredExperience in a manufacturing, robotics, or electronics-focused environment preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning toolsStrong written and verbal English language communication skillsExcellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work groupDemonstrate commitment and adherence to Sigma Design Core ValuesPass a post-offer background verificationWork EnvironmentStandard warehouse/production environment which requires regular sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving about the facility. Must be able to stand and work as long as 12 hours in different positions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
