We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents to foster a strong sense of community and connection.Join us in making a difference in people's lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally.We are currently seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team at RiverEast, a 120 unit apartment community in Council Bluffs, IA.Position Summary:As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, amenity areas, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.Responsibilities:Maintain the appearance of the office, building, and groundsKeep the property in clean and orderly conditionAssist with cleaning and painting vacant apartmentsPerform minor property maintenance tasks to assist MaintenancePerform light landscaping tasksQualifications:Previous experience in grounds keeping preferredCustomer service orientedBasic painting skillsAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as neededAbout Us: Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
