Lakes at Lutz Rehabilitation Center - Director of MaintenanceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee facility operations, building systems, and life safety requirements. This role provides leadership to the maintenance team, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports a safe, functional, and well‐maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.What You'll DoCoordinate and ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards, including OSHA, EPA, CMS, NFPA, and fire safety requirementsSupervise maintenance staff and contractors to complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairsMaintain accurate records of equipment, repairs, and maintenance activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost‐effective maintenance solutionsManage departmental budgets, capital projects, and inventory of supplies and equipmentConduct routine inspections of life safety systems and coordinate necessary repairsOversee interior and exterior facility upkeep, including landscaping and waste managementTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues as neededWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Plant Operations, or Maintenance within a healthcare settingSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience requiredStrong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and mechanical operationsThorough understanding of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and CMS regulatory requirementsAbility to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage complex maintenance issuesProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar softwareCommitment to regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe environmentWhy You'll Love Working With UsDaily Pay option availableCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsSupportive and collaborative work environmentTraining and professional development opportunitiesClear pathways for career advancementMission‐driven culture focused on quality, safety, and resident careWho We AreWe provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services designed to meet each individual's needs.
