The company values integrity, personalized support, and long-term relationships with clients.Role Description This is an Insurance Agent role based in Naples, FL. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their health, Medicare, and supplemental insurance needs, and recommend suitable Florida Blue and other approved insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, preparing and presenting proposals, completing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing policy service, and proactively following up on renewals and coverage changes. The Insurance Agent will also participate in outreach activities, such as networking events, community engagements, and referral development, to build and maintain a strong client base.QualificationsProficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a strong understanding of health, Medicare, and supplemental insurance products.Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including explaining premiums, benefits, and cost comparisons in clear, accessible terms.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and support clients through enrollment and ongoing service.Relevant state insurance license (or eligibility to obtain within a defined timeframe) and familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information simply and accurately.Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to manage client information, track activities, and document interactions.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client priorities in a professional environment.Previous experience with Florida Blue products or health insurance in Florida is preferred but not required.
