Plus, our locally owned franchise group operates four retail stores in the region, which means that there are opportunities for growth and long-term careers.Essential Job DutiesCustomer Service / SalesGreet customers, determine needs, and answer questionsSuggest sell add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goalsAsk questions to identify potential commercial customersOperate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions with accuracyAnswer phones, assist callers, and ensure messages are relayed in a timely, accurate mannerAssist in achieving retail and commercial sales initiativesWatch for loss prevention issues and advise management of any unusual activitiesFunction as a team player doing whatever is necessary to help attain company goalsDemonstrate a customer-first mentalityTechnicalInstall batteries, perform tests and tech workRebuild battery packs as neededRepair smart phones, tablets, light fixtures and other devices as neededReplace screens, batteries and other components on smart phones and tabletsCut keys and reprogram key fob remotesMerchandising / InventoryAssist in all store operations responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Assistant ManagerRotate and stock inventoryLoad, unload, and deliver or arrange delivery of product to customers or via third party delivery companiesOrganize daily recovery of displays to achieve full store appearanceMaintain retail shelf label pricingBuild displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixturesPrepare store for daily opening and closing including counting and reconciling register drawersMaintain physical facility safety and appearance including: mowing lawn, removing snow, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain restroom cleanlinessFollow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Qualifications:Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies with minimal guidanceDemonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments, effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform, teach, and trainWorking conditions are typical for a retail environmentThis position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products.
