Role: Project Manager / Process EngineerWaco , Texas FulltimeJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer / Project Manager with strong experience in process engineering, capital project execution, commissioning, installation, and process optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior Project Manager in process engineering project execution, including procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.Develop project charters, project scopes, business cases, and execution plans.Translate general project descriptions into detailed and justifiable project scopes.Lead high-priority process engineering and capital projects.Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements.Manage project planning, resources, risks, documentation, and deliverables.Support development of RFP scopes, technical SOWs, project estimates, and proposals.Coordinate with site teams and global leadership to ensure project KPIs align with business objectives.Develop and maintain risk assessments and action plans.Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular project status reports.Support contract management, startup, commissioning, and installation activities.Develop project execution plans and scope-of-work delivery plans.Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to develop project business cases.Technical RequirementsProcess Design & OptimizationProcess EngineeringCapital Project ManagementProject ExecutionCommissioning & StartupEquipment InstallationProcess TroubleshootingProcess ImprovementPFD – Process Flow DiagramsP&ID – Piping & Instrumentation DiagramsPumps & ValvesRisk Assessment & ManagementProject Planning & Resource ManagementTechnical SOW DevelopmentRFP DevelopmentContract ManagementProcurement & FabricationCost Savings / Operational EfficiencyKPI ManagementStakeholder Management
