This newly created role is ideal for a systems minded HR leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and cross functional collaboration. Duties:Lead HRIS strategy, vendor evaluation, implementation, testing, and launchOversee payroll and benefits systems, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolutionOptimize cross functional workflows to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiencyDevelop and maintain HR processes, policies, forms, and documentationBuild dashboards and analytics for HR, Finance, and leadership insightsDrive change management, communication, and training for new systems and toolsRequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (required)10+ years of HR operations or HRIS experience, including system implementation leadershipExperience with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platformsDeep knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and HR technology best practicesStrong analytical, project management, and communication skillsLegal firm or professional services experience is a plusWorking Place: Saint Louis, Missouri, United StatesCompany: ESR Healthcare
