The Developer will design, build, test, and maintain software solutions that support Massive Dynamic’s work in various high-tech fields. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, fixing defects, reviewing code, and collaborating closely with product managers, researchers, and other engineers. The role involves translating complex technical and scientific requirements into scalable, maintainable software components. The Developer will also participate in architecture discussions, contribute to documentation, and support continuous integration and deployment practices to ensure stable, high-quality releases.Qualifications Strong skills in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar) and object-oriented or functional programming principles.Experience with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), code review, unit testing, and debugging.Familiarity with web or service development (e.g., REST APIs, microservices, or cloud-based applications) and integration with data or research systems.Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization for scalable and reliable software.Ability to work with technical stakeholders, translate requirements into implementation plans, and document designs clearly.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, cross-functional, and security-conscious environment.Experience or interest in one or more of the company’s domains (AI, telecommunications, aeronautics, genetics, space, or pharmaceuticals) is a plus.Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability to new tools and technologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
